Insurances Accepted

It is important to note that we are participating providers for the above insurance companies but that the benefits vary considerably depending on your insurance plan and the services we provide.
 
We do not submit to insurance plans that we are not participating providers for or that do not cover our services.
 
Payment for non-covered services as well as co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles are expected on the day the service is rendered.
 
Cancellation Policy:
Please note, that due to the amount of time we reserve to complete a neuropsychological evaluation, it is very costly when individuals do not keep their appointments.  As such, we charge $100.00 for a “No Show” or cancellation made without a 48-hour notice for Adult patients.  We charge $200.00 for a “No Show” or cancellation made without a 72-hour notice, for College Students and Pediatric patients.
