Eileen G. Johnson, Ph.D.

Clinical Neuropsychologist

Dr. Eileen Johnson has been a practicing neuropsychologist for 28 years. She earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Hahnemann University, and she completed her residency and two-year post-doctoral fellowship in geriatric neuropsychology at Brown University. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Aside from her outpatient practice, Dr. Johnson is a Staff Neuropsychologist in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Program at Kent Hospital in Warwick, RI.  Dr. Johnson has also been on the faculty of Providence College since 2007.  Dr. Johnson has expertise in adult and geriatric neuropsychology, with extensive background in the assessment of patients with a variety of conditions, including special interests in the areas of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, motor disorders, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and other medical conditions that impact cognitive functioning.
