Athene Lee, Ph.D.

Clinical Neuropsychologist

Dr. Athene Lee achieved her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Suffolk University in Boston and completed her Neuropsychology internship and postdoctoral fellowship at Brown University. She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at Brown University Warren Alpert Medical School. She is also a Clinical Neuropsychologist at Butler Hospital and the Director of Butler Alzheimer’s Prevention Registry. Dr. Lee is dedicated to promoting early identification and intervention for cognitive impairment in adults. Her research focuses on risk prediction algorithms, disclosure of genetic and biomarker risk, lifestyle intervention of modifiable risk factors, and cultural influence on subjective cognitive concerns. She has clinical expertise in adult and geriatric neuropsychological evaluation in the context of neurological diseases, psychiatric disorders, general medical conditions, and other modifiable cognitive risk factors.
