Neuropsychology Partners would like to provide you with information regarding the precautions we are utilizing to keep our patients and staff members safe during this COVID-19 situation.
We are a private office suite with our own entrance, adjacent to a large parking lot. Patients park outside the door and walk right into our waiting room.
We are minimizing the number of individuals in the office suite at any given time, with all administrative staff members working from home and all clinicians modifying their schedules.
We are conducting portions of our evaluations through telecommunication, whenever possible.
We are wearing masks and using plexiglass shields on the desks to minimize contact.
Patients are asked to wear cloth face coverings to their appointment.
Masks are available when needed.
We are utilizing disinfecting procedures of our testing materials, equipment and commonly touched surfaces frequently throughout the day.
We are maintaining 6-foot spacing between individuals in common areas and testing rooms, whenever possible.
We have air purifiers operating in all offices.
We are suspending traditional greeting gestures such as handshaking, high-fiving (children), and fist bumps.
We are keeping bare essentials in the waiting room, with hand sanitizer readily available and with the removal of all magazines and toys.
We are screening employees and patients prior to every appointment regarding possible symptoms of illness, any recent travel outside the state of RI, any contact with a confirmed COVID-19 carrier, and any details of quarantine status.
Please let our office know immediately if you or anyone in your family has:
had a recent fever or flu like symptoms
been in quarantined or self-quarantined status
been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 carrier
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your upcoming appointment, please call our office at 401-529-4884 or email us at .
Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this unprecedented time.
We look forward to serving you.
